The Service may include links to third-party products, services, or providers, including but not limited to bicycle components, gear retailers, repair services, local bike shops, and shipping or service facilitation options.

In some cases, MTB Facts may provide tools that help you discover, connect with, or book services with third-party providers, including local bike shops, service centers, or suspension service partners, or facilitate actions such as generating shipping labels for suspension or component service. MTB Facts does not perform, control, or guarantee third-party services and is not responsible for the quality, timing, pricing, availability, or outcome of any products or services provided by third parties.

Any transactions, services, bookings, or agreements you enter into with third parties are solely between you and the third party. MTB Facts does not endorse or warrant third-party products or services unless explicitly stated.


7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

If you choose to subscribe:

  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider

  • Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled

  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
